Kelly is probably on to something. Lack of sleep leads to a befuddled brain. Poor concentration. Inattention.

Maybe the best thing for the next hour is a nap.

    Once I added regular morning exercise and a cup of relaxing tea before bed, I had a much better time sleeping through the night!😴 That in turn improved my days tremendously. 😊
